The Main Press is the heart of the Hilleng Panel Laminating Process providing for the continuous lamination of panel in widths infinitely adjustable from 1,000 mm to 1,200 mm and in thickness from 250mm to 300mm.

Flexibility is the key to the Hilleng Main Press. The Hilleng Main Press is able to laminate a variety of Core Materials including EPS, Extruded EPS, PU Sheet, P.I.R Sheet & Mineral Wool (Lamellas or Board) as well as a Variety of different face materials including Prepainted Coil Steel, Aluminium, Strainless Steel, Timber Board, Glass Fibre Products, & Gyprock.

The Film Insertion Unit is a Fully Automatic Film Application device used in producing Roofing Panel where a panel Overlap is required.

The Unit operates by applying a ribbon of plastic to the underside of the Steel Face Sheet at the precise cut location of the Panel. The plastic ribbon prevents the lamination of the Core Material to the Face Material and following the Core Cutting process, this section of Core Material is removed to produce a clean overlap area.

The Unit is located at the Decoiling Section of the Hilleng Deep Profile Unit and applys the plastic ribbon to the Face Material prior to roll-forming. 

The Hilleng EPS Loader is used to automatically load sheets of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) into the Main Press of the Hilleng Continuous Insulating Panel Laminating Plant.

EPS Sheets are loaded as a pack into the magazine area of the Loader and are held in place by Vertical Feed Belts. Sheets are then individually lowered onto the In Feed Table where the sheets are trimmed and a Hilleng 'Finger Joint' applied.

Hilleng EPS Loaders can be tailored to suit a wide variety of Sheet sizes.

The Hilleng Stretch Wrapper is a Semi -Automatic device used to 'Stretch Wrap' packs of Insulating Panel. The Unit includes the supply of Driven In Feed Conveyors, a Tunnel Wrapping Unit and Out Feed Conveyors.

The Unit is available in a variety of configurations and may designed to use either Timber or EPS Pallets.

The Hilleng Mineral Wool Loader is designed to automatically load Mineral Wool (either in Slab or Lamella form) directly from a Pallet to the In Feed Table of the Main Laminating Press.

The Unit uses a specially designed 'Needle Head' to 'pick and place' the Mineral Wool.

The 5 Position Cut-Off is an automatic Face Material Cutting Device which is PLC Controlled to Cut & Notch the face of each panel at a specific and programmed length and cut type. 

The Unit is available as a Cut Saw Model or as an Innter-Changeable Model for cutting of Profiled Panels.  

The Hilleng Coldwire Unit is a fully automatic Core Material Cutting device using abrasive wire technology to cut through a variety of Core Insulating materials including Mineral Wool, P.U, P.I.R, XPS, EPS or Phenoelic Panels.

The Coldwire Unit is programmable to perform a number of 'Cut Types' on an X & Y axis.

The Deep Profile Roll-forming and Decoiling Unit is used to produce a Deep Profiling Roofing Panel and is available in a choice of Rib Height Options up to 40mm.
